Contract Renewals
One of the most important elements of letting property is that it is in continual use. Empty property is expensive to keep empty so it’s in the best interests of both landlords and tenants to ensure that continuity remains in place and as the tenancy agreement enters the three-month home stretch, our account manager will contact both the landlord and the tenant.
This process will involve either the negotiation of a renewed contract with the tenant (a small admin fee may apply in certain circumstances) or if in a situation where a new contract can’t be negotiated, the landlord wants the property back or the tenant has decided to move out, we will take care of all subsequent actions including negotiating periodic contracts until a new tenant is in place and arranging for the existing tenants to vacate on time.
