It’s vital that during a tenancy, all stakeholders feel as if they are being looked after. At WPS, we are well aware of the lack of tenant liaison services in the market so we have made it a business priority to ensure that tenants are looked after, listened to and fully supported.
Through traditional methods of phone and email as well as via our state-of-the-art mobile app, tenants have a clear channel of communication with us to voice any and all issues that may manifest themselves during their tenancy. In turn, we will respond expediently, minimising stress and ensuring whatever needs to get done, gets done.
